Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a CMM Programmer for our Tier 1 automotive supplier in Chesterfield, MI. The CMM Programmer role is contract-to-hire, 1st shift, $25-35/hour

CMM Programmer responsibilities:

• Program and operate Zeiss CMM's using Calypso software
• Create layout reports and SPC charts
• Perform hourly checks on parts needing SPC
• Certify check fixtures

CMM Programmer qualifications:

• Knowledge of GD&T for small to mid-size metal stampings
• Strong GD&T knowledge and knowledge of GD&T symbols
• 2-3 years Calypso programming experience
• 2-3 years programming/operating Zeiss CMM machine
• Understanding of datums, alignments and SPC charts
• PPAP/IATF 16949 experience
